I've always been happy with the treatments here, but unfortunately, my recent experience left me quite disappointed. Last week, I was rather unkindly informed that I would be charged a 70% fee due to the new cancellation policy. I was told that if I refused to pay, I would no longer be welcome. The reason for my late arrival was not taken into consideration at all.
What made it worse was that the front desk staff visibly and openly expressed discomfort with how the situation was handled, which only added to the awkwardness. During my last two visits, I also overheard open conversations about previous incidents and the so-called "blacklist" - which I found highly unprofessional and inappropriate.
It's a real shame, because the women who work there are always kind, warm, and professional. However, the new owner might want to reflect on how she communicates with clients and consider adopting a more thoughtful and respectful approach. The tone and attitude of management can make all the difference in how loyal customers feel.
