I absolutely love Hiba's work—her attention to detail is truly impressive. I was extremely satisfied with the final result. The only feedback I have is to be more mindful of time. I was attended to 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment, which ended up making me late for my work shift. It's an area that could definitely use improvement.

I’ve been having BIAB for a year now, and this is the first time I’ve encountered any issues. Unfortunately, two of my nails have had the varnish come off and break, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, the top coat was poorly applied, leaving noticeable gaps and uneven coverage. To make matters worse, no two nails are shaped consistently, which makes the overall result look botched. I’m really disappointed
