Apologies for not praising your effort but I am going to be honest. Balayage turned out to be a disappointment. I wanted the ash "gray" (regardless of the brightness) color. After saying multiple times that I do NOT want to be brown, I ended up with being brown, barely noticeable unless I am under a bright light source. I speculate this may have been caused by the following: 1. Language barrier: English was not understood well. 2. Showing photos to resolve #1 didn't help much.

The saloon has amazing hair stylists. I showed them the picture of the color of hair I wanted and they simply made it look perfect with their products. I will for sure come back to the saloon.
