I went to get highlights and I asked Chris to be blonder. However, the color turned at least 3-4 shades darker than the one I already had and it didn’t look at all like the one I’d chosen, it was super red. I realized until the next day when I saw my hair in the daylight. It was so bad, I had to go somewhere else to get a color correction job. It was blotchy, stained and brassy. Would not go back or recommend this salon for highlights as it was not good. Only thing I liked was Chris kindness
