I was a bit skeptical, I’ve been to three different nail salons in Rotterdam, horrible experiences. But Kate, she paid attention to every little detail, she provided alternatives, she was firm but gentle and very professional. My one nail extension chipped off in less than a week and I messaged Kate, she fixed it, free of charge! I recommend messaging Kate before hand if you have a certain design in mind. I am so in love with how my nails are looking,10/10 and I will definitely be coming back!
