I have been coming to this salon for some time, but my last visit was disappointing. I showed a reference photo, yet the final result did not match it. When I calmly expressed my dissatisfaction, I received an angry and unprofessional response and was told I was no longer welcome. The only solution offered was free removal while still charging the full price. I felt uncomfortable, paid €85, and left. I will not be returning and hope for a refund.

I had a great first experience at Hello Nails by Kate for a BIAB manicure with some nail art. The studio was neat and clean and such great colours to choose from! I even got a small "thank you" gift at the end which was a nice surprise. I will certainly be back.
