I had an appointment with Kate, but to my surprise I was treated by a different nail artist. When I mentioned this, Kate said that “today everyone is mixed up.” The new nail artist was very slow, and in the end Kate had to finish the treatment herself. Because of this, I was late for my next appointment, and my nails were rushed because Kate had somewhere to go.It feels unprofessional to change staff without prior notice.

I have been coming to this salon for some time, but my last visit was disappointing. I showed a reference photo, yet the final result did not match it. When I calmly expressed my dissatisfaction, I received an angry and unprofessional response and was told I was no longer welcome. The only solution offered was free removal while still charging the full price. I felt uncomfortable, paid €85, and left. I will not be returning and hope for a refund.
