My stylist was really friendly and is definitely a great hair dresser. While I am happy with the look, I can’t help but feel that the outcome was very different to what I had asked for. I had asked to go more blonde, but walked out very much with brunette/ even darker hair than before. I can only see one highlight with the blonde, the rest is very dark. A bit disappointed because I spent 250€ on an outcome much different to what I had wanted. Maybe in the future your stylists can better manage the expectations of a client and making the results clear beforehand. We discussed brightening the hair which was not the case unfortunately. I am still wanting to get the balayage or highlights now to get the blonde result I wanted.
Once again really happy with my experience at Holo Salon! Dilan made my day! Great result, even better than expected! See you soon!

⸻ My first experience at Holo was just yesterday. Before the appointment, we had a consultation to go over my ideas for a new look, which I really appreciated. The salon itself is beautifully designed, and the staff were very welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had a haircut, color, and styling — all done by the same stylist, a very talented and friendly Australian girl (unfortunately I don’t remember her name!). She was attentive, skilled, and truly listened to what I wanted. I highly recommend her! :))) I’m really happy with the final result and will definitely be coming back.
I came to color my roots, it’s already my fourth time here, and normally I’m very happy. This time, however, I ended up being there for 2.5 hours (when it usually takes no more than an hour). After washing out the color, the hairdresser asked if I wanted her to use a mask “so the hair would be smoother.” She didn’t mention it was a special treatment or that it would cost extra, so I simply said yes, why not. When I went to pay, I was surprised to see a €30 charge for the mask. I explained that I hadn’t been informed it was an additional treatment, and they agreed to reduce it to €15. Still, I find this frustrating - I only booked to color my roots, and throughout the appointment I had to repeatedly refuse extra treatments (toner, blow dry, etc.). I don’t like feeling pressured into add-ons when I’ve clearly booked something specific, and I especially don’t appreciate being charged for a treatment I wasn’t told had an extra cost. I don’t think I’ll come again to color my hair here.
