I have thick hair and wanted a playful hairstyle. I ended up with a boring hairstyle that totally lacked any playfulness and volume.
The poor choice was made to create this hairstyle with just(!) thinning shears. That was the reason I ended up with a totally deflated look.
Not happy at all!

I came in for highlights but my hairdresser warned me that if i did that i would go home crying because it would break my hair and said i should just do a toner because i wanted to get rid of the redness in my hair. She also did a treatment and it made my hair SO SOFT and shiny and i left really really happy. Iām definitely coming back.
