I’m Daryna, a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapist and body therapist in the Holy Body method. For me, touch is a way to connect with the body’s natural wisdom. In my sessions I combine deep bodywork, conscious breathing, gentle movement and presence to release tension and restore balance.
