I’m Daryna, a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapist and body therapist in the Holy Body method. For me, touch is a way to connect with the body’s natural wisdom. In my sessions I combine deep bodywork, conscious breathing, gentle movement and presence to release tension and restore balance. My intention is to help you feel lighter, more centred and more connected with yourself. Step into this space of touch and presence — your body will thank you.
