At my arrival, no one welcoming me; my therapist was nice though, but the treatment was not as expected. I had a gel removal and new application, with manicure. Removal was not neat at all, peeling off the gel also with her fingers. Filing was not clean and a quite painful because done too hard without taking care of the sides and corners. Service has ended up with traces of gel all around my nails plus traces of old gel still on my nails; cuticles still there and gel falling off next morning. The manicure tables are very dirty. Tea bags are placed on them and they are plenty of "material" coming from manicure. Gross. A part from my therapist, the other were very unfriendly. Not asking my money back although it would be the right thing for them to do, but I'm certainly NOT going back!
