Wael en collega hadden een uitdaging. Uit nood moest ik 4 weken geleden uitwijken naar een andere kapper (lessons learned, ga ik nooit meer doen). Wat ik heel netjes vond van Wael is dat hij vragen stelde wat de andere kapper heeft gedaan, maar geen oordeel had. Terwijl het kleuren heel duidelijk niet goed gegaan was. Maar ondanks een aantal correcties is het goed gekomen! Ik ben blij met het resultaat!!

Don't go for a permanent. They're probably good at other things, but not permanents. This was not my first perm, so I knew what to expect. They didn't even cut the dry split ends of my hair, which is what everyone else do.
