No one had a look at my hair before it was washed. I had to wait a lot. 3 people did my hair and it felt like they just wanted to get their job done no matter how. My hair looks weird now and doesn’t match the reference pictures. Waist of time and waist of money. It’s really a pity because I head nice and healthy hair and just wanted to get a touch up but they managed to get the worst out of it
