Liz was so sweet and took the time to explain everything she was doing and answered all of my questions. The treatment itself was wonderful. If you are doing the light treatment, know that the light is INCREDIBLY bright, even with their eye protection, and it was a little bit startling at first. One other thing to note: Treatwell says they do Eyebrow Threading here, but they do not - only tweezing and waxing. All in all, I had a great experience at Rituals and thought the prices were very fair.
