Just a regular non special pedicure, you’d expect more from the flagship spa of the Rituals. Pedicure stopped 12 mins before the hour calculated and paid for, with the argument that my feet were in great shape and not much was necessary.

For an ultimate stress relief massage I expected more, like in the past. This was barely a relaxation massage. I asked to put more pressure while massaging, but I guess some people are not trained enough for a real de-stress therapy.
