The space and the therapist are amazing.
However, the booking system was super chaotic. I got a voucher for my birthday, so I couldn't book through Treatwell, but directly with the SPA, which would then direct me to Treatwell. The email lasts weeks to get answered to and the telephone is very rarely picked up. It took me two months to be able to schedule my treatment and it almost got cancelled on the day before. I was expecting much better customer care from Rituals.
