Very disappointing experience. The treatment was not explained at all – I wasn't told what to expect, how it works, or what benefits it should provide. During the session I felt confused rather than relaxed. The room was also quite cold, despite expecting some warmth from the light therapy. While the private setup is understandable, there was no clear information about safety or how to get assistance if needed. I didn't notice any effect from the treatment and felt it was a waste of €20.
