The massage with Ana was excellent. LOVED it. I would definitely come again.
When it comes to the atmosphere: I think management of rituals could do better in cleaning, the lanterns in the waiting room were dusty and in some there were no candles. I also have to say the room where the massage was, was not very inspiring. With some paintings on the wall. candles or fragrance sticks it would make it more cosy.

Disappointed this time. I was a bit late and even tough I expressed I am ok with doing what we can with the time we have (maybe one coat or any solution), the experience was rushed, the piling a bit too harsh and the attention to details missing (two of my nails t peeled in the first shower home). And there was polish on most of my cuticles which make peeling very probable. In any case, this time I feel I lost my money's worth. Generally happy with rituals spa and other past beauty sessions
