It was a bit crowded that day in the salon and overall in the store, so my appointment was moved to a bit later, but they managed to make me have the full massage! Massage with Katie was fantastic! I will definitely come back.

The building has a lovely retail space but the area for manicures & pedicures is not relaxing or private as the public can just walk around while you have your treatment making it noisy and uncomfortable. We were left waiting over 30 minutes to be taken for our appointments and the therapists did not apologise. It was a pleasant afternoon but improvements could be made to service.
