I scheduled an appointment and explained that I had broken nails. However, when I arrived and was ready to proceed, she informed me that they were unable to fix them. What surprised me was not only being charged 58 euros for a service they didn't provide, but also the lack of prior communication about this.it was a very disappointing experience.
