Ellen was a perfect master of massage. The atmosphere of House of Rituals was truly relaxing. I especially thank the stuff at cash-desk for giving nice presents after treatment. I'd love to go back to these place, but the main reason why I have serious doubts is that it's totally crazy thing to make a new appointment here. I had to wait for more than one month. And they cancelled my manicure appointment in a several days before the date. It was sad. You have to improve your appointment service.

Beautiful spa area in Amsterdam's flagship store. Spotlessly clean, modern, calm with spacious treatment rooms.
Aga was one of the best masseuses I have ever had and I left utterly relaxed and smelling of the delicious Rituals products she had used. I am already planning my next visit.
