I enjoyed very much the massage with Manon, whose movements are fluid and efficient.
I have one remark though : I had booked an appointment at 17H15.
At 10h30, someone called me to ask if it could be rescheduled for 13h45, which was not convenient for me.
I did agree to the modification as en employee was missing and I could understand that it would help them. I would have much appreciated if it was noticed on my arrival and they may even have offered something to show me their appreciation.

We had a wonderful time at House of Rituals ! The D-stress (neck, back and shoulder) massage was exactly what we needed (not to firm but not to soft either) and the facial was very relaxing and my face felt like baby skin afterwards ! Also the hydro massage was a wonderful experience, so relaxing ! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We will definitely come back, very soon :-)
