My massage with Julia was great as always. She is super friendly person with great talent for massage. I absolutely loved it. I would only suggest the salon to be a bit more focus on the client experience because I could hear the loud steps and talking employees behind the closed door. When I finished and was offered a drink, the couch where normally guest sit for relaxation after the massage was fully loaded with dirty sheets and towels. I understand i was the last guest but still...

The staff was so loud, their voices were louder than the loudest setting for the music. One cashier was broken and they were shouting from one counter to another to try to fix it. Very disrespectful. This was my second time doing this treatment. First time was lovely, but unfortunately there won’t be a third. There’s a sign asking to be quiet but apparently it applies to customers, not staff.
