I love the Rituals venue, it's beautiful and their personnel are always welcoming, competent and friendly. Fleur is a very lovely person who makes you feel at home and she is good at her work. She explains everything and the result is marvellous. What is disappointing is that they downsized the front desk and moved it to the side. That is less appealing.

Het maken van de boeking bleek niet eenvoudig: het online systeem is niet geschikt voor degene die gebruikmaken van een voucher. Telefonisch is de salon slecht bereikbaar, op mijn mail ontving ik pas na 10 (!) dagen een reactie. Dit is een punt van aandacht. Waarom alles in het Engels moet (online boeking, voice bericht etc.), is mij een raadsel, maak het tweetalig ajb. De behandeling maakte alles goed! Bianca is een allround professional, ik voelde me erg comfortabel bij haar.
