Nice ambiance, nice products, nice people but very bad quality of massage. Waste of money, felt quite disappointed. very soft massage even softer than an aroma therapy massage whereas it was supposed to be deep tissue. I am a regular massage person but I will definitely not go back. It was a gift card for me and it will stay as a one time as i have informed everybody around me not to give me such gift card from Rituals again!
