The interior is fab, but the service didn't meet the expectations. It felt disorganised and just not the level I would expect from a high-end spa. The welcome was not warm at all, as I came up by the lift, I had to look for a staff member to receive me. They were unaware about my package deal so I had to keep asking where I go next. At the end they overcharged me and the refund procedure was not customer-friendly either. Not likely to come back.
