I treated myself to a much needed self-care Destress massage at Rituals (Amsterdam). Frederick was the therapist and he was excellent. He gave me the best massage, was friendly and skillful. I went there with a lot of tension and stress in my body (and mind) and I left feeling like I can now face the world. Thank you Frederik. I will most definitely see you again.
