I booked 2 months in advance. First I tried to do it on the phone but they were not helpful or kind at all. By e-mail it didn't work either because the massage was for two people and you cannot do it online. Finally I went personally to House of Rituals to do the booking, It took 20 min and I double checked all the details were OK. I received a confirmation message. When I arrived booking was not registered, They didn't offer any solution. Very irritating and poor Customer Service!

Vond de massage oké. Maar heb zeker betere gehad. Brain massage niet heel bijzonder. Vind de brain muziek op spotify effectiever. De stoel zou moeten masseren maar die deed het niet. Toen ik dat aangaf gingen ze daarover in discussie. Werd uiteindelijk opgelost met een ‘ademwerk’ behandeling. Het ziet er mooi uit maar heel commercieel. Niet voor herhaling.
