I had a problem when paying, my English is not very good, I understood that I was not going to be charged for the Collageen Boost (Josina told me) I talked about it before paying. But it was sad, they only gave me a discount. I feel disappointed! They didn't call Josina, they just charged me. I didn't like this at all.

I had prepaid for treatments but unfortunately my flight was delayed. I asked the front desk is there is anything they could do as I knew the money was non-refundable. Cindy went over and above to ensure we had a treatment on a busy Sunday afternoon. We couldn’t get the initial treatments we booked but was able to enjoy a destress massage which included a lovely pressurised back massage with a hot stone element, all with a Ritual aroma of our choice. The therapists were polite & professional.
