The choice of nail polish colors is limited, few summer colors. The atmosphere is always amazing, but I had to waxe some small hairs I have on my feet and I had to convince the girl to do that. I can understand that she has other appointments, but you cannot make a customer leave the body spa without a perfect pedicure. I also found that the manicure was not perfect on the cuticule.
Anyway the girl was kind and I think that this discrete experience was due to staff shortage and a lot of appointmentsrescheduled

Floor luistert goed, ze heeft haar eigen voorstel, maar checked regelmatig met je of jij het hier ook mee eens bent. Dit werkt heel prettig. Het eindresultaat is prachtig en ik heb een enorm mooi gesprek met haar gehad; heerlijk door iemand behandeld te worden die weet wat ze doet en een enorm leuke persoonlijkheid heeft!

Wat kleine schoonheidsfoutjes: De afspraak meerdere keren verzet, ook op de dag zelf. Beetje rommelig in de organisatie. Bij mijn moeder per ongeluk 1 nagel verkeerd nabehandeld (olie ipv alcohol) dus 1 matte nagel. Was helaas niets meer aan te doen, geen tijd ivm drukte.
Mijn teennagels zouden na het lakken nog gecoate worden na de handen behandeling maar toen was de dame al weg, daardoor (ondanks 45 minuten drogen tijdens manicure behandeling) niet droog en teennagellak beschadigd. jammer!!
