I got the worst manicure and gel polishing ever. Normally I only go to Floor, but they changed my appointment and set me up with someone else. My hands look even worse with this manicure, than without.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and experience at the House of Rituals, but, I had a bit higher expectations for the manicure. I was expecting not only to soften my hands and to polish my nails but also to remove some dead skin.. unfortunately pushing cuticles is not enough for a good manicure.
