From the moment I arrived, we were welcomed with refreshments. All the drinks were amazing and fresh. All staff ensured we were comfortable and talked us through each treatment and everything available. We pre booked specific massages, and on the day we were able to add on extras. Rooms were very private and can leave belongings around.

De dames die hielpen waren geweldig! De airco was kapot op 1 afdeling, waardoor mijn 2 nichtjes niet de hydro en braintherapie konden doen. Het was simpelweg TE WARM. De communicatie vooraf was slecht! Pas antwoord op mail na een week en erg lang wachten op antwoord bij bellen. Dankzij de lieve dames(personeel) is het cijfer hoog!
