In fairness to Danique she did her job well. But literally the House of Rituals Foot Spa is really just the foot. I was expecting a lot because its ‘Rituals’ but this made me disappointed. It feels my foot are just washed with rituals product and nails are cut not even neatly and nicely done. The place is nice, but when you think about Spa you think about a relaxing. But the footspa area i did not feel relaxed. Shopper are everywhere. No privacy! Everyone is looking at you.They should look of it

She is friendly to be honest, dedicated to what he is doing but less service-oriented.
I am more concern with the spa in general. No privacy thats what makes it unrelaxing. Since they are always fully booked, they hurdled the time to accommodate the booked clients on time and the quality is gone. Really a pitty since the atmosphere is very inviting! Already heard this a lot from people i knew who tried the spa. :(

Fijne behandeling ontvangen. Kelly wist precies de juiste hoeveelheid druk te zetten en mij te laten ontspannen.

Ik heb een Destress massage gehad (was echt nodig) mijn eerste keer. En, wat een ervaring! Een absolute aanrader! Chantal haar handen waren magisch! Ze heeft alle pijnpunten kunnen weg masseren. Ik voelde me daarna herboren! Karma van Rituals heb ik gebruikt voor mijn massage. Prachtig locatie! Een aanrader voor iedereen die even wilt bijkomen van alle drukte en stress. Ik kom gauw terug!
