I have visited this spa before and I’ve never had issues with the other types of treatments. There was no steaming before performing the facial extractions. It made the whole experience very painful and irritating to my skin. The second thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the constant promoting of Ritual products during the facial. It felt like I paid for this painful procedure to be bombard with face to face product advertisements. It’s a spa, we’re supposed to relax guys
