The first impression of the spa itself was disappointing. The waiting area looks worn out and corridor feels dusty and is filled with storage and product boxes, staff room door right next to the sitting area which often opens & closes. Its a shame because the treatment in itself was very good and different. A true spa experience is also the surroundings
