She couldnt remove my previous gel manicure because of lack of the machine of which I didnt know before. Anyway, I paid 42€ instead of 35, and the following day I needed to have my nails redone.

Fijne behandeling waarbij alles goed stap voor stap wordt uitgelegd. De spa is heerlijk rustig, schoon en super vriendelijk personeel. Zeker een aanrader en ik kom zeker terug!

The atmosphere at Rituals Spa was clean, welcoming and professional -- very pleasant.
The practitioner was very pleasant. I did walk away with a few unexpected scratch, however.
The quality of the services provided were just o.k. for the money paid. Having to pay extra for nail polish was quite a surprise add-on to an already high price.
The facility did not provide some of the spa items I have come to expect, such as a pedicure chair with massage & foot whirlpool spa,

Mijn bovenlip is geharst en daarbij is een stuk huid los gekomen. Later vertelde de behandelaar dat het komt omdat ze 2x over het zelfde plekje heeft gewaxt. Ik loop nu met een mega rode plek naast mijn lippen en stukje wang van 10 cm.
