I had a rather disappointing experience at the House of Rituals. My appointment was scheduled for 18:00 and lasted 20 minutes. By the time I finished, there were no staff members available on the floor, and no one offered tea or water after the hydro massage. Despite understanding that the place closes at 19:00, the staff seemed to wrap up well before 18:30. Additionally, prior to my appointment, I was unnecessarily redirected between floors, which had never been an issue during previous visits
