- The washing of the hair was rather rough
- During the haircut I was slapped on my face with my wet hair at least 5 times
- My skin did not react well to the products
- I did not get the haircut I asked for: my hair was cut too short, the layers I wanted to keep are non-existent, the front part is cut weird and rough. I wasn't even shown how my haircut looks like from the back, I discovered how bad it was later at home.
