I have only booked coloring, fully unaware that I should add styling as well, thought it was obvious that wouldn't want to run around with wet hair in the middle of December... But this is not how it works in The Netherlands. You must indicate every service you require, ahead of time. The place was basically fully booked right before Xmas, yet their first reaction was a positive attitude. I was helped as soon as someone became available and I left with an amazing end result. Thanks again!
