The best pedicure in Rotterdam! Elisa was very kind and attentive to every detail during my pedicure. It didn't feel rushed, and the rest of the staff seemed to be happy to be there as well. The location is central, but it is a bit hard to find. You have to go into the restaurant below to get up to the first floor (don't use the Mrkthall's public elevators). Overall, I highly recommend Indochine Spa and Nails!
