Hele goede massage, Yui stemde de massage af op wat m'n lichaam goed kon gebruiken, vriendelijke ontvangst. Nieuwe vaste plek voor een massage gevonden!

This was one of my worst manicure experiences. The service provider was unprofessional and inexperienced. She used the cuticle pushers and nippers so hard that 4 out of my 5 finger nails started bleeding. There was a deep cut in one of the finger nails. She made excuses saying this is a new instrument and is sharp. But don't they have to check the efficiency of the instruments before directly trying it on a customer !!! Very casual and unprofessionalbehavior...

My appointment started 20 mins late but the massage itself was very good. I had cramps in my neck but they're a bit better now. Very relaxing and a very thorough massage. I would definitely go again.
