During the neck/shoulder massage, my legs were also massaged. Although I should have said something, I didn't. But I think it should be noted that the client book a neck/shoulder massage, and if something different should happen, that the client is informed. The massage also started a few minutes later, but still ended at the initial time - so not exactly 30 minutes. The venue and its rooms could do with a little improvement to make it look more clean, comfortable and professional.
