About

I am from France originally but I have lived in United States where I certified in Massage Therapy. 8 years of practice here in the Hague where I have developped an integrative approach to stress and chronic pain relief. As a yoga coach , I am bringing together multiple massage techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point, fascia release with breathing and movements as the fundations of a better health. I recently extended my approach with Cranio sacral Therapy with an even stronger belief on the natural ability for the body to heal.
