First time that I had a deep tissue massage and it was great! I felt comfortable throughout the whole session. Faith is in my opinion a very skilled woman, who exactly knew my "weak spots" and could predict the type of work I do just by looking at my body and muscles. She takes the time to get to know you and your preferences and nothing feels rushed.
After the massage I felt relaxed, but also very tired. So I slept the next couple of hours when I got home. The following week people noticed I was standing more straight with my shoulders backwards. But most importantly: I noticed a significant difference when doing my exercised with my physical therapist. So I will definitely come back in the near future!

Really good massage (I booked 60 mins but wished I had 90), but more importantly, I could not believe how much better I felt the next day. 3 weeks of soreness in my neck gone in a day! Very clean, cozy environment too.

Fantastic as always. Faith always find my trouble spots, (even ones I don't realize are there) and really works them out. I leave with my muscles feeling loose, mobile, and softer.
