I’m a body therapist, movement practitioner, and certified sports trainer with over 18 years of experience helping people reconnect with their bodies. My work blends anatomical knowledge, fascia therapy, and intuitive touch—bringing together traditional wisdom and modern techniques.

My journey has taken me across the world, where I trained in:

In Turkey, I collaborated with clinics and hospitals, supporting women before and after childbirth alongside obstetricians—an experience that taught me the importance of care, trust, and presence.
