It was great as always: not only the place has a nice location and atmosphere, but Joyce has always good advices while sticking to what the customer wants, result is perfect everytime PLUS the hairstyle stays days after treatment. A pleasant time for a pleasant look!

The lady was nice to some extent, and informative about coloring hairs. However, It’s too expensive for the treat I had (dry cut for curly hair). She knew it’s been a weak since my last hair wash which means my hair needs to be washed, however she didn’t wash my hair which was heavy build up with products so obviously my curls aren’t forming as my fully natural hair, she decided not to wash it even after she finished with the dry cut. Later she continued with spraying my hair with water to wet it, then she applied hair products on it to style it.
The hair cut was way shorter than what I wanted. Also during the day I’m noticing many parts from the cut aren’t good enough. I felt not satisfied so washed my hair when I came back home, it came even shorter because all the products got out of it and I could see the real length of my hair, till my hair got dry I could notice unbalanced cut parts all over my hair.
So generally I was expecting better results with the price of the treatment.
