My approach combines anatomical precision with a deep understanding of the body and its energy flow. I work with techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and relaxation massage with cupping therapy. My purpose is to help you restore mobility, relieve pain, and reconnect with a sense of overall well-being.
