I had a completely demoralizing and humiliating experience at Jooze Salon. I’ve been going to Jooze for years and was really disappointed by the way Marjory treated me. Halfway through my appointment, she informed me that the salon didn't style black natural hair (despite the owner Rodney saying otherwise and me having spoken to her on the phone prior to the appointment.) I left the salon in tears, with my hair in a frizzy ponytail and was bullied into paying for a service I didn't receive.

Hele fijne knipbeurt gehad! Echt even een ontspanningsmomentje. Lieve mensen met goed advies. Ze hebben ook nog mijn haar helemaal in model gebracht en laten zien hoe je het haar precies kan dragen. Aanrader!
