I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was very disappointing. I waited over a month for my appointment and rearranged my morning, waking up at 6am to go to the gym before my 9am booking. When I arrived, I was told my hairdresser was unavailable due to illness since a long time. I hope they recover soon, but I was not informed in advance. A simple message or call would have saved my time. Very poor communication and organisation.
